Modern Residential Villa - BIM Project

This modern two-floor residential villa, organized around an inner courtyard, was developed using a BIM workflow in Autodesk Revit, combining both architectural and interior design with detailed, high-precision modeling.

The project reflects a balance between clean, contemporary aesthetics and functional spatial planning, with the courtyard serving as a central element that brings light and continuity into the interior spaces. From overall layout to material definition and interior detailing, the workflow emphasizes clarity, coordination, and a cohesive design language throughout.

Developed to an approximate LOD of 300–350, the model ensures reliable geometry, organized data, and seamless integration for future documentation or development stages. The BIM approach enhances project quality by improving coordination between architectural and interior elements, minimizing errors, and supporting efficient decision-making. This project represents A+B’s approach to delivering not only strong design, but also intelligent, build-ready digital models.
